After years of work in home catering, stints in professional kitchens and a lengthy tenure in the retail wine industry, I thought it time to share the wealth of my experiences. My purpose is encouraging home cooks exploring the wonderful world of culinary delights to use my adventures in the industry for their own delicious happenings.

Here you will find an ever growing selection of recipes designed for success, slowly widening your culinary comfort zone. Vegan, gluten free, kosher and world cuisines are all represented. In addition to food recipes, there is a section on beverage choices, both wine and beers which focus on values and geography. I wont bore you with too many details, because I am not a snooty wine guy.
